9yI debated even dignifying this with a response, but I suppose I should.
1. Thanks for the compliment on being a great salesperson. I've been in sales for 14 years and started entry-level and earned my position, helping countless others to achieve tremendous personal and financial success along the way.
2. This is not a pyramid or multi-level marketing company and not a scheme. We work representing the largest companies in the world and bring them fantastic results. YES - we sell DirecTV and AT&T. They have the best service in the industry, and we are proud of the work we do for them. We ONLY sell to customers whom the service would benefit either by lowering their bill, providing superior service, or both.
3. We have a gas bonus in place.
4. Our sales training is great - which is why our AVERAGE team member makes over $30,000 in an entry-level position - plus bonuses. Those who USE the training we provide, study, and work hard make more. Those who show up right on time, don't bother to learn, and try to reinvent the wheel earn less.
Everyone loves the concept of merit-based, until their merits don't get them what they want.
