Pros

The people were great and some of the sales training was very useful. The CEO is a great salesman, as he somehow gets all his employees to buy into this terrible job as if it's something great.

Cons

This is a glorified multi-level marketing pyramid scheme where you are assigned a Wal-Mar or Best Buy to work at every day to push products like DirecTV on people. You work all weekends and holidays. If you fail to meet sales goals, you still receive a paycheck but that money will be subtracted from later checks when you do meet goals. Some days you may be assigned a store as far as 70 miles from the office each way, and the gas is on your dime. They sell you on a pipe dream that very few people ever attain. Lots of favoritism concerning store assignments and promotions. This is a great job for someone without a college education, but they only hire recent grads who don't know any better.

I debated even dignifying this with a response, but I suppose I should. 1. Thanks for the compliment on being a great salesperson. I've been in sales for 14 years and started entry-level and earned my position, helping countless others to achieve tremendous personal and financial success along the way. 2. This is not a pyramid or multi-level marketing company and not a scheme. We work representing the largest companies in the world and bring them fantastic results. YES - we sell DirecTV and AT&T. They have the best service in the industry, and we are proud of the work we do for them. We ONLY sell to customers whom the service would benefit either by lowering their bill, providing superior service, or both. 3. We have a gas bonus in place. 4. Our sales training is great - which is why our AVERAGE team member makes over $30,000 in an entry-level position - plus bonuses. Those who USE the training we provide, study, and work hard make more. Those who show up right on time, don't bother to learn, and try to reinvent the wheel earn less. Everyone loves the concept of merit-based, until their merits don't get them what they want. We will continue to look for high-performers who are willing to work hard, study, and make the most of the opportunity we offer.

Pros

As long as you have the mentality for growth there are clear opportunities for insane income and advancement. My favorite aspect is the positive, energetic team environment with so many activities and bonding moments. I’ve been on so many fun roadtrips and networking opportunities and the owner/team builders truly care about you and your goals. Great training and skill development with recognition for hard work and performance. DMC Atlanta has Incredible mentors and leaders that genuinely care about your growth and will make the time and effort for those that do the same.

Cons

It can be time consuming depending on what you’re looking to do and where your priorities are but that depends on you and what you want in life

Pros

I really enjoy the work environment and the team culture. We do something as a team every week outside the office which is super fun. The CEO, Adam, takes care of his employees and cares about their professional and personal well being. Management is a huge factor for me in deciding where I work and I feel like it's hard to find a boss who genuinely cares about their employees. He also holds people accountable. All my coworkers are so high energy and positive, it brightens my day to come into work. Great work life balance.

Cons

Have to put in the work- results are direct reflection of effort and work ethic.
