      The People are amazing. Everyone is so nice and professional Benefits are fantastic. Retirement Benefits are better than anywhere else I have been in my 35 year career.

      None...Really no negatives to working at the DMBA.

      Hybrid work schedule Managers are flexible Job security (Always something to work on) Great benefits Free education on all things health care Optional Living Healthy program for employees Upper Management communicates to the teams so expectations are clear Upper Management is open to feed back

      Dress code when working in the office (nature of the job) Pay is lower than most places since DMBA is non-profit

      Company culture, work life balance, supportive leadership, generous 401k contributions, lots of paid leave and holidays, mostly remote - only one in office day per week

      It’s a job and not a trip to Disneyland
