      Pros

      I really can't think of a single good thing to say about DMB Financial...

      Cons

      This is not a good company to work for. The owners/employees they hire are unprofessional, sexist, racist, and lazy. All they care about is making money, not helping the people that are enrolled in their program for help with their debts. The turnover rate at this company is unlike anything I have ever seen before, and there is no job security. You will not be treated like a human being at DMB Financial.

      I love my DMB financial !! Benefits for working for DMB Financial: Growth within the company Money incentive- bonus is as much as you want it. Opportunity- To growth your skills- endless trainings. We are a big family- Understanding and loving & caring.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at DMB Financial for many reasons. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with friendly co-workers and very knowledgeable management that is always willing to help you when needed. I enjoy the fact that I am truly helping our clients better their unfortunate situations they have found themselves in. I also have found that all my hard work is rewarded by the company as well. I have been working here for over a year and a half at this point. I can say without question this is the best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      The only draw back for me is that the office is 40 miles away from home. I must say though, it is certainly worth the trip.
