      Cons

      They have tried to right the wrongs they made deliberately to others in need, but that will not be enough if they can not keep a happy, stress free workplace. They say we are family but it seems only a few can in that circle with upper management, cutting bonus packages of employees and not compensating for pay rate with work load increase due to their "clean sweeping" through the department and letting mutlplie people go without replacement. Management is in need of a serious overhaul and change, this will be the only way this company can come back

      Pros

      I enjoy working at DMB Financial for many reasons. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with friendly co-workers and very knowledgeable management that is always willing to help you when needed. I enjoy the fact that I am truly helping our clients better their unfortunate situations they have found themselves in. I also have found that all my hard work is rewarded by the company as well. I have been working here for over a year and a half at this point. I can say without question this is the best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      The only draw back for me is that the office is 40 miles away from home. I must say though, it is certainly worth the trip.
