DMAC loves promoting from within and does frequently, if you put in the work. I have worked for DMAC in various capacities and management loves hearing new ideas for improvement when they are well thought out and don't sound like you are just complaining

Hire You. Paid training. Only give 2 uniform shirts. Long standing post. Low wages

Bad company. Watch your co workers they are snakes. They ack like there your supervisor, send you home before tour over because no children to monitor. 1am in the morning. Had no way to get home, even after they promised 8 hours work. Terrible company
