Flexible scheduling and pay is above minimum wage.
Cons
Not enough opportunities for advancement and it does not matter if you work there for one year or 6 years, you will be considered a flex staff member (unless you manage to get into management). You also have to work 5 credit seasons to earn holiday pay.
