I have worked here at DM for over 17years. From the day I started I was welcomed with open arms in an environment that is exciting, fast paced, positive and caring. I have been through the change of management. Now managed by Gavin Marks. New management has elevated the bar of our company in the industry. There is a reason why DM is rank one of the best in our industry. Times change and with the new management we have adapted and excelled from product development, sales, marketing and to the ins and outs of running the business.
During COVID it was a big unknown as to how things were going to function and run. But off the bat DM was more than prepared and made sure all employee were set up and comfortable to work from home without missing a beat. Safety to all employees was DM main focus and stills is in and out of the building.
If you are looking for a “HOME” that is generous, involved all hands on deck mentally and great team work then this is the place for you!!
