ESOP concept is awesome way to run a company.

Not the greatest leadership at the top.

Great management team and good work environment. Good research and development, lots of creative people. Macro management style. Good benefits great people.

I had some conflicts with the driving distance. There is always somebody that in every company that just walks around looking to stab you in the back to further there position within the company.
