4yWe are disappointed to receive this feedback. DLL prides itself on being a “family-like” organization which puts its members at the top of everything we do. Indeed, “Workforce of the Future” – making sure our members are happy (both physically and mentally well) with a focus on diversity and inclusion – is one of our four strategic pillars. We will continue to ensure member training, engagement and wellbeing are top of mind and remain centerpieces of DLL’s highly collaborative culture.
We are in a transition period and currently seeking our next CHRO.
