      Hourly employees are able to work consistent hours with many benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      Lack of communication/agreement between middle management. The company makes a lot of money but does not invest into advancing their technology used. They mostly patch issues which will forces less efficiency across their business units.

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
