7yI’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel like the company was a good fit for you, especially that you felt there was little chance to grow and insufficient accountability. Our goal is to foster a culture that values collaboration, but not at the expense of forward movement. Sometimes, of course, we miss the mark. The opportunities for our members to learn, develop themselves, and grow are very important to us. I’m sorry that your experience didn’t reflect that commitment.
