      Pros

      I was lucky my manager wanted to help the team in terms of knowledge and did learning meetings every week although it was not a company policy.

      Cons

      Lots of stress, very unprofessional staff, favoritism was very obvious, lack of motivation and career path, long hours not ver well paid.

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
