Pros
Up until a couple years ago, this was a great place to work and is generally known to be decent but I think those days may be going away
Cons
Some great employees have been let down or let go for minimal technicalities outside their control; Mass layoffs and outsourcing are consistent which makes a notable number of departments a revolving door; Technology is nearly 15 years behind it seems; Not many opportunities for growth
