The company projects an appealing workplace culture, emphasizing occasional perks like free lunches and swag. However, behind this facade, there's a lack of genuine care for employees, evidenced by unrealistic expectations, insufficient appreciation, and a nonexistent work-life balance. While coworkers are generally pleasant, upper management is either completely ineffective, or incredibly demanding. Departments are perpetually short staffed and you will be worked to the point of mental exhaustion, and then crucified when a mistake is made or something is overlooked.
