-Management is engaged with the employees and are open to suggestions and new ideas. -Great work environment. When I first started the owner of the company walked me around and brought me out to the shop to show me the products. It was great to see that. The old company that I worked for, you would have never seen that happen. It was nice to see that engagement by the owner.
