Pros
The culture is solid. They believe in core values and stick to them. I worked here under the old leadership and was not impressed. The new leadership is great and I actually enjoyed coming to work every day. Their CEO is young, energetic and a completely unassuming, normal guy that you just want to follow. Great team!
Cons
Nothing I can think of. I really enjoyed this company but it just no longer fit my personal life and wanted to taper back on work and focus on my kids. IN this type of work, work/life balance can be hard. Had nothing to do with DKI and all to do with the type of work they do.
