      Pros

      Pro would be the cake and coffee days.

      Cons

      The company lacks people skills, the Managers don’t seem to notice others and lack forming a conversation only if it’s for their best interest. I feel as though communication from managaers in basic people skills lacks. There’s too many senior people considering it’s a small company, giving out promotions left right and centre. Hostile environment.

      Real family friendly feeling at this workplace. Not pressurised to do anything you are not comfortable and you can work at your own pace with development opportunities available

      None, continue being great and doing what you are doing.

      Pros

      Not much responsibility, easy to sort shifts, left to just call people and then leave when you're done. Great for some extra money after college down the road.

      Cons

      Not much progression other than being a team leader and a bit of a slog to get through the shift but it's easy work.
