Offered challenging environment in which one could test own strengths.
Cons
Owner/Management. Attrition was terrible. Poor communication. Poor transparency. Failure to value lower-level employees by upper management. Owner is a tyrant. Poor training (non-existent for most roles). Unrealistic goals with little to no gameplay for staff to achieve. Fear culture.
