Pros
Lots of training opportunities but look out for upto £1000 deduction from final pay if you leave, this is to cover training costs which are mostly covered by Honda UK. Staff are good to work with. Not bad discounts for family and friends.
Cons
Expectations of management when looking for staff to do extra time with little or no thanks, also still waiting for xmas dinner for 2007. Pay is often wrong (not in your favour) and is difficult to get it put right. very high expectation to do overtime even at short notice. Seems to be a very us and them when it comes to senior management.
