Stay Away - Marketing DIT Web Solutions Inc Employee Review

I’m not sure if there’s anything that could save this horrible company. Even with the nicest and most patient coworkers, they get tired of being patient for a leadership that brings doom to its employees!

The leaders of this company are clearly greedy for money that they will go through lengths just to make more of it! They will lie blatantly about your salary, will deceive you about your responsibilities and your workload, will avoid employees talking about a pay raise, and will do things even when it’s clearly unethical! What’s worse though is after making employees work overtime and not paying us for it, they even have the nerve to make us clean up their mess literally!!! We’re asked to clean the office because they don’t want to hire and pay for maintenance staff! It’s ridiculous how they’d ever go this low!! It sounds awful and unprofessional, but this is real and I’m serious!

You get paid on time. That's it.

DIT Web Solutions Inc has a disastrous leadership and an awful work environment. I can't think of a reason why anyone would put up with the horrible workplace of this company. The culture is also awful because of the kind of leadership that we have. We work with very lazy and also disrespectful managers in this company.
