Pros

Great Product Easy Industry to prospect in MacBook

Cons

- No progression, they have very low standards and it's all about smashing the phones. So a good first job to get something on the CV - SDR Managers have very little work experience and don't know how to manage - No training given or help to progress in your career, just tell you to hit a certain amount of dials a day. But no training given on how to actually sell to people when you're on the phone - Competitions are geared towards the US team winning - Very high turnover of staff, they sell you on growing in the business and even if you smash it, they then turn around and say there's no progression for you - UK SDRs are treated terribly, work out of Google Docs and aren't given any data or even something as basic as a headset. All money is pumped into the US SDR function - In the last 6 months alone, they've hired over 25 SDRs (they'll say it's growth, but mostly it replacing those that have left) yet only 2 SDRs were promoted. So pretty impossible to move forward in the company and they don't encourage you to want to move up.

Pros

High ownership over work product.

Cons

Always in a rush to deliver feature work, so tech debt accrues and developer experience is much worse than it could be.
