      Pros

      1. regular office hours (a definite plus!) 2. satisfactory employee bonus for hourly employees 3. easy access to learning/training material, management carries an "open door" policy 4. stable company work ethic 5. "hire from within" is practically the motto here! The company prefers moving employees up the ladder.

      Cons

      It's a fast-paced, decision-making, office job. There is no room here if you are looking to ride the clock. If you like boring & slow, this isn't for you.

      Unable to think of anything.

      Cons

      This company has a lack of good leadership. The leadership they have in place has antiquated ideas about procedures. They are also very close minded when their employees present ideas to attempt to help progress the company and help the company be more profitable. The typical response is, "This is how we've always done it and it has worked for us and this is how we'll continue to do it." They also have no training in place. They will have a coworker train you and the next week that person is let go for not doing their job properly.
