      Pros

      Name recognition, that's it. Really no other positives.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment. Management is not supportive, very old school way of thinking and doing things. Not open to new ideas or processes that are common in today's work place. DEI is a joke, partners pay it lip service and engage in racist, sexist practices whether subconsciously or willingly. Things are swept under the rug. Work/life balance is non-existent, boundaries are not respected. Not a good place for one's mental health. Worst workplace I've experienced. Financially, not doing well, surprised it's still in business.

      Pros

      The pay is good. You might get an opportunity to work on a cool project, but that’s increasingly rare as the studio’s work has worsened in quality over the years. You will learn a lot and fast, which will benefit you at your next job.

      Cons

      Lack of respect and appreciation from the partners and leadership. Constant pushing of boundaries. Toxic communication with leadership that borders on abusive. Bullying is common. Lack of true mentorship and training. It’s very much a “figure it out” kind of place. Lack of support on certain teams, which sets people up to fail. Lack of any clear trajectory for employees. People can stay stuck in whatever position they were hired into for a long time. Blatant favoritism on behalf of the partners.
