Pros

Young, Fun, Energetic, Lots of opportunities for product and service creation, Equal Rights, highly inclusive culture, great growth opportunities. Great benefits and incentives. Clientele is interested and a great place to share creative ideas.

Cons

Company is growing and the teams are in the midst of expansion, so work load is on the high side while new candidates are completing the hiring process. Not enough rooms to facilitate the increase in zoom meetings as many people require the rooms for discussions and meetings.

Pros

Young Start-up, 90's Age Group Founders. Founders are young, so the people hired are naturally around the same age group. The culture is more casual rather than corporate. Work is primarily independent—hybrid working setting. A proactive approach is highly expected from individuals who work for this company. Very standard SOP on reporting of work and progress tracker for all work done by both remote and onsite workers. Pay is lower than the industry rate, and benefits are alright for a small company but are better than most agencies. Amendments are made yearly; HR is very open to suggestions for improvements. Some individuals are skilled in their work. Everyone is more or less willing to help each other as long as you voice out. It is a good place to grow and learn how things work on a business level for a start-up agency.

Cons

Weak Sales Team. Not Much Clients. Manpower issues. Each person wears multiple hats. With events being one of the solutions sold, everyone will be activated to help out regardless of the department during peak season.
