Pros

To be honest, there really wasn't any pros

Cons

must pay for ALL supplies out of your own pocket very long distance to patients home, not worth the pay they give ($30 per stick). I would drive 1-1.5 hours to the patients home and another 1-1.5 hours home. There was never 2 patients near eachother. No compassion or understanding. Hardly ever any jobs. I had maybe 4-5 a month.

Pros

You can make your own hours

Cons

Terrible communication from team leaders. Not a lot of work. Pay is 30 per draw, but they send you up to an hour away, so the round trip is a 2-hour drive, then you wait for the blood to clot (20 minutes), spin down, another 20 minutes, and drop it off at a FedEx location or Lab (more wait time). When it's all said and done, you're making about 10 an hour, if that much. No mileage or gas reimbursement, nothing, other than a bunch of headaches. I did 5 draws, only two of which were actually scheduled properly.
