Pros

Good clients means they are big companies, so it would be helpful experience for your next job

Cons

Culture Sweat, sweat and sweat, 9 to 11 schedule, and even weekends, working extreme closely with the managers, so no privacy, no break time, lunch takes 10 minutes. Managers/partners yell all the time, no respect whatsoever. In one of my colleague's words, every girl in the company has the experience of getting yelled to tears by one of the partner. In the spirit of the management, the few people who's been there for 2 or 3 years also take every chance to work the newbies. Benefits Small company, so everything is decided by the 3 partners, and they definitely save the money at every details. You pay for your visa sponsorship, and can't get it back even if it's not filed, that is called a deposit in case you take advantage of the company! Time Off Policies 15 days of vacation a year, including the holidays, so that means 7 days excluding the holidays. And if you had a doctor visit one day and didn't work 8 hours, you won't get paid full for the day, no matter how much overtime in other days. Hiring all the time The company keeps hiring all over the year, since 9 out of 10 people would leave after they take the offer. So don't worry about it stop hiring. I referred two friends when I first started, since I didn't know about the company back then. One of my friend quit in a month because she got yelled at almost every day, the other one cried at the interview from the humiliation. I didn't dare to refer anyone after that and have been trying to advice people to be cautious about DIA.

Clients can be demanding with hard deadlines. Some of the reviews on here are definitely from employees let go.
