      - OK working environment - some committed staff - decent training - overall the company is pretty organized

      Cons

      - sub-par wages - innovative & creative people will likely be bored and/or squeezed out - part of a massive corporation that's not really contributing much value to society - sometimes too desperate to hire and end up recruiting extremely mediocre workers

      Pros

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
