      Training within the job is decent at least so it’s a stepping stone to a decent job

      Cons

      Terrible management, toxic workplace. The complete irony of the company continuously winning awards for “best place to work” and “mental health and well-being” when they have complete disregard for their employees and are only concerned with profits. People are dispensable.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
