      Pros

      Approachable Manager and easy to work with. DHL is also an Employee-Centric Culture.

      Cons

      Some Team Member prioritize other business during working hours instead of focusing on their day to day task. This result to falling short of expectations, and while I have stepped in to ensure we meet our KPIs, it's becoming increasingly challenging to maintain the workload and keep everything on track while others focus on things that are not relevant.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
