Great Place to Work - Capable and empathetic management, good internal and unique work culture, management with long term planning and not the hire and fire mentality, work life balance, focus on work results and output rather than time in office, 0-2 days WFH depending on your business unit, internal job opportunities as the country, regional and global offices are here and you are always move to other divisions such as supply chain or freight forwarding or corporate, bonus is quite standard and no surprise to downside
Cons
Work can be hectic at times with deadlines, increment is poor and does not keep up with inflation; a normal year is 1-2%+, a good year is 3-4%+, there is some restructuring ongoing as growth is flat since Covid so some headcount uncertainty although no layoffs yet and internal job opportunities are limited due to flat growth, cost cutting over last past few years resulting in no replacement headcount for people who left and removal of certain benefits and welfare
