Pros

Relaxed targets and individual expectations for most workers (other than lower leadership roles) Lots of staff lunches and meals. Good opportunities for new roles &/or to cross train International opportunities if your skills are desirable

Cons

Uncompetitive salaries capped based on previous salaries regardless of transitioning role. Best to take a role, gain some experience maybe transition to something new internally but plan to get out because they won't pay you well ever.

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
