Pros
known company, lots of training
Cons
the supervisors treat you like if you were dumb, the amount of stress does not pay. I had coworkers ending in hospitals for constant panic attacks, others forced to go to the office as a punishment, if you were sick , you had to pay that day going to the office, new hires, young hires, kids being paid more than the seasoned one sitting across, in short you are paid poorly and on top of all the guy sitting in front of you that was just hired and you have to help , yes or yes, if not you get dinged anyway. bottom line, so many other companies that pay way much more, and you can actually work happy. Not DHL. The supervisors work half of the year to brainwash you so you can take the annual survey "best companies to work " and give them good reviews, the bonus they receive is based on that survey, you get t-shirts, donuts, and stuff you don't need, so you have a false feeling of belonging, I have to say if you are a girl, we have more opportunities with the male supervisors.
