Pros
Salary and benefits was good. Also, I was promoted to a supervisor from being a courier. Only because I knew the right people to train me. It's all about who you know and not your hard work.
Cons
Management constantly changing which results in having different goals while still working on previous ones. Also, management is not truthful. I was sent on a stretch assignment for 3 months only to find out later it would be my permanent location, which was a nightmare. Too much favoritism and was fed a bunch of lies.
