      Good salary A lot of money for not a lot of flight time Not forced to live in Leipzig or even Germany Possible to "jumpseat" on a company aircraft to and from work Minimum 12 off days a month Good work/life balance if you can handle the night flying Mostly very nice hotels

      Cons

      Flexible roster/schedule No flight ticket benfits yet (soon to come) Only 250-350 flight hours a year, so long time before upgrade to captain No pension plan

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      No cons! Typical monotony that comes with a telesales role but the office culture makes up for it!
