      Pros

      Very good pension scheme, pay is not bad either. Some of the lads I work with are ok.

      Cons

      Management never listen to employee suggestions, understaffed. The same yes men Ill do it getting shafted while others are in a click getting 2-3 hour breaks in the morning and still moaning they're getting hard done by. Menzies 2.0

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
