Employee benefits such as snacks, shuttle buses (initiatives by top management) are undeniably good
Cons
A company that is incredibly uninterested in improving itself through employee’s suggestions as HR is very closed-off and unreceptive to suggestions. People there can sometimes be a little cocky and arrogant after staying there for awhile. Lack of a growth mindset and more content to stay as the status quo, particularly since DHL is already and established brand
