      Pros

      Excellent brand! Good people, in general. A bit old world - but working environment will always be congenial - never be harsh!

      Cons

      Weak B2B category! Weak sales teams that can never sell at the right price -hence will always have a margin problem! Not stimulating lately! Senior management jobs are mere maintenance roles given that decision-making is central(although closer to market is the internal slogan which is a bit of a sham if you see the delegation authority)! the IT environment is ancient, really! I am not sure the senior team is aware the world is changing!

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
