Pros
Great team spirit. Fantastic senior management committed to it's employees. Great work/life balance where many colleagues actually spend personal time together outside of the office. I miss our soccer team. Rapid and meaningful career advancement for top performers with international opportunities for those who could be itnerested.
Cons
Having to answer to a German parent with senior management overly/only concerned with personal agenda. Other than my ratings for senior management, my opinions are based on the US office. Sadly, the "real" senior management are in Germany and having worked there as an expat for 3 years, it's clear the US is the black sheep of the family and management there prefers to raise their personal stock than address corporate issues.
