      Pros

      Good communications, you know what they expect. I like the hours I have to work as a courier and have enough free time in the week for hobbies and family.

      Cons

      The same people have to do to much always the same (heavy) routes and work in the service center. Supervisors sometimes not fair in flex sorting to other routes.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      No cons! Typical monotony that comes with a telesales role but the office culture makes up for it!
