You're not treated like a professional. *Responsible for an extreme level of admin work and way too many performance discussions and often unnecessary meetings that keeps one away from maximizing sales revenue * You feel like an easily replaceable cog in a massive machine * Too many layers of management and red-tape to get simple tasks accomplished * Constantly decreasing commission structure year-on-year and ridiculous base salary increases that don't even keep up with the rate of inflation, ever for a strong performer in good standing * Unhappy drivers and operations folks (with some exceptions) that are largely miserable to deal with
