Strong company culture, a lot of company social events, engagement of employees (you feel being a part of a group/team) International company - possible employment in almost any country in the world Open-minded culture, easy-to-approach colleagues
Cons
Corporate "blue-collar" culture - on higher stage it gets quite political Company has very ambitious goals and when it comes to choose between employee or earnings - you wont be a priority Old systems, policies and processes are far from been established and polished - benefit - company encourage improvements you can develop :) a lot of stress at work with long working hours
