DHL has some of the best higher-ups I’ve ever worked with, approachable, kind, and always open to feedback. Communication across levels is excellent, with regular skip-level meetings that make you feel heard and valued. Collaboration within the team and across departments is smooth and respectful, making the work environment genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

The pay is relatively low compared to industry standards, and there are no bonuses, only incentives.
