Work life balance, All the advance technologies in the IT industry are getting used, Workplace setup, Flexible employee policies - depends on Managers, You will have to avail maximum leaves here within a year, Cab Facility - only for odd shift employees, Health Insurance - complete family and in-laws, Performance bonuses, Additional company performance bonuses if there is profit for the organization, Employee friendly in all the aspects you could think, Very well employee grooming programs either technically, ethically, mentally or physically
