      First development job, overall nice experience - Junior Web Developer DHL Employee Review

      Pros

      For me this is a first job as a student on part-time in DHL. No one was pushing me to anything, i chose my way to become a developer. + great colleagues + great manager + no micro-managing + nice salary for a beginning developer + own management of work/life balance

      Cons

      Typical corporate bs. - pain to make the first setup during first weeks (tickets, waiting, tickets) - lots of bureaucracy around everything - little options for career growth for a part-timer
