Skilled and passionate employees who are unfortunately being mistreated and let go at the expense of unskilled, uninspired, ineffective and politically-driven management.
Cons
Extremely poor leadership at all levels. Biased management who favor slackers over strong workers, make bad decisions and have lost the ethos of the company's innovative vision.
