Pros

Work from home. Nice hourly wage.

Cons

3.5 days of training. Trainers go so fast that if you blink you can miss something and then you're lost. Kinda shady with enrollments. If it's not a compliance issue, lie. 1099 position, no taxes taken out and no benefits.

Pros

NONE. Wish we could select no stars. They have been getting away too long and mistreatment to their agents.

Cons

Based on my experience and the experiences shared by other agents, DH Insurance Group demonstrates a consistent pattern of harmful business practices that have negatively affected multiple licensed agents. This is a company of Greed and the worst to work for. Insufficient communication from management, no response from Adam Reznik and before him Tom Speake, repeated non responsiveness from Human Resources and managerial staff, failure to correct payroll discrepancies, lowest commission structure, failure to follow carrier and internal release as well purchase required state licenses, blocking or limited access to carriers portals, caused financial harm, administrative burden and disruption keeping you from productivity. The whole company screams out corruption and scrutiny. No room for advancement. Breathe over you to make sales that they later on not going to pay your for. Checks remain the same where they only paying you hourly or just sales but not both you are supposed to received. They removed the timeclock system to only pay you for talk time not hours clocked in.
