CEO is a tyrant, leadership is scared and untrustworthy. The 2 week training is useless, no one comes out of it having a clear understanding of how to relate the training to their real job tasks. The money they put into building SalesForce is a joke, its unreliable and incorrect most of the time. No actual department processes or procedures that allow functional day to day success. Leadership team doesn't possess skills to properly forecast and delegate projects, so teams are heavily overworked. You WILL be looking for another job within a year.
