Pros

Not many, even the much touted flight benefits are hard to use

Cons

Physically hard minimum wage job, with huge responsibilities. DGS runs most stations on a shoestring. Ancient ground equipment which is constantly breaking down, with no backup. Then you get to staffing. The attrition rate is awful, many folks last a couple of weeks then just stop coming in. They can shout and scream about aircraft delays, but in the smaller stations, three rampers trying to move three aircraft in 30 minutes, no shouting in the world can change the fact it's just not possible
