      Love my job. Flexible hours. Great benefits. Good people who act professional. Employee owned. Leadership is empathic and genuinely cares about their #1 asset. Their employees. EX: They stepped up and gave everyone MID-YEAR raises due to recent inflation and cost of living expenses.

      Heavy workloads at times due to certain project deadlines.

      Flexible work hours is nice. Plenty of work to do

      Cons

      DGR is 20 years behind the times when it comes to culture and engineering processes. Not willing to change if new ideas are presented. They do not value their employees like other companies do.
