      Pros

      Leadership attitudes are one of a kind amazing. They really care about their employees, customers and partners. They don’t just talk about “work/life balance” they prove it with their behavior, perks and attitudes. Best AV company I’ve worked for (I came from “big dogs,”).. actually best company and leaders I have worked for PERIOD. Flexible and realistic, upbeat atmosphere, down to earth people, they practice positive reinforcement, appreciative, beautiful / high tech office to represent the “office being a destination” solutions DGI provides... DGI represents what they provide, delivers what they promise and goes above and beyond for their team.

      Pros

      Great management who truly care for their employees. If you are willing to learn they are willing to teach you. Hard work is definitely recognized.

      There seems to be clicky groups which can be a bit annoying at times.

      There are so many passionate and hardworking employees working there.

      Unprofessional Environment: The communication style utilized by current CFO made constructive verbal dialogue impossible. Conversations always defensive outbursts. There was no active listening. Structural dysfunction- CFO focuses on one individual rather than the team. Raising these concerns about team health resulted in poor working conditions and retaliation rather than resolution. The CFO consistently misrepresents the facts and attempts to obscure his actions. When these issues are raised, his response centers on retaliation rather than resolution. Furthermore, the culture within the department heavily favors one individual.
